2013 service data entry now closes on 17th May 2013
Data entry has now been extended to 17th MAY for this year's census.
Your username and password for IBDQIP are different from the one you use for Inpatient care and biologics data entry. If you would like to change your password to one for both inpatient care and IBDQIP please contact IBDQIP@rcplondon.ac.uk
Please REMEMBER that this needs to be completed by a multidisciplinary team and include the views of a patient(s). It is important that you let your team know and arrange a meeting to discuss your site's answers.
The assessment tool has been revised, so that it can meet the requirements of data collection for the Organisational element of the 4th round of audit (4th round organisational data collection will be 2014).
